Thank you for shopping with Timmy Travels!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for both digital and physical products purchased through www.timmytravels.com (the “Site”).

1. Our Products

Timmy Travels offers two types of products:

• Physical products – printed books, plush toys, and other merchandise.

• Digital products – instant downloads such as coloring pages, eBooks, and printable worksheets.

2. Digital Products (Downloads, eBooks, Printables)

Because digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

 

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the download link or file has been accessed.

 

If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, please contact us at hello@timmytravels.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your product correctly.

3. Physical Products (Books, Plushies, Merchandise)

We accept returns or exchanges on physical products within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival, or

• Incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part.

 

To start a return, please email hello@timmytravels.com with:

1. Your order number,

2. A brief description of the issue, and

3. Clear photos of the product and packaging.

 

We’ll review your request within 3 business days and provide next steps.

 

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition received.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

• Returns must be shipped back to the address provided in your return authorization email.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for the same product or another of equal value, please indicate this in your return email.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at timmytravelseries@gmail.comWe may request photos of the damaged package or proof of non-delivery to process a replacement or refund.

 

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

 

8. Sale Items and Promotions

Sale items, promotional bundles, or discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged on arrival.

 

9. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
