•Physical products include books, plush toys, and other merchandise, shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
•Digital products include eBooks, printable coloring pages, and downloadable worksheets, delivered electronically after payment.We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly due to display settings or printing variations.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (such as Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe). 6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders for physical products are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
For digital products, download links or email delivery will be provided immediately after successful payment.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because of the nature of our products:
•Digital Downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
•Physical Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if defective or damaged.
To request a return, email hello@timmytravels.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by shipping may be denied.
8. User Content and Community Participation
By submitting or tagging any content (photos, reviews, social media posts, etc.) that features Timmy Travels products or characters, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes (such as reposting on our website or social media).You represent that you own or control all rights to the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
